1700 Fourth of July displays dedicated to "Mr. Fireworks"
BOCA RATON, FL. (June 21, 2004) This year 4th of July will take on new meaning as the Zambelli family, “The First Family of Fireworks” dedicates its more than 1700 world-class fireworks displays to George Zambelli, Sr., “Mr. Fireworks.”
“Mr. Fireworks” Tribute
This unique tribute has been specifically planned to honor Mr. Zambelli’s lifetime of bringing joy to millions around the world. The computerized musically-choreographed extravaganzas will feature a score of Mr. Zambelli’s favorite 4th of July songs along with his hand-picked shells from around the globe and special Italian shells made by Zambelli craftsman.
George Zambelli, Sr., president and owner of the world-famous Zambelli Fireworks Internationale corporation, passed away Christmas day 2003 at age 79. During his lifetime, the late Zambelli, stated, “I try to free people of daily worries, through noise, bright colors, special effects and style.”
”Boom Boom” Zambelli was known for his much anticipated yearly Fourth of July displays. Now with 100-plus years of experience, the Zambellis have become the “First Family of Fireworks” with thousands of employees who delight many millions of spectators each year with over 3500 total yearly displays. The family will continue to run the business as a team, honoring the memory of their father with each and every show they display.
